Project Challenge

Take a traditional print magazine and convert it to a compelling interactive experience for fans of the artists who perform in MSG venues such as Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theatre.

MSG envisioned an online environment with all the advantages of digital vs print, including the ability to manage and update the environment in real-time and the ability to access fans directly. The new initiative was branded MSG Soundcheck.



Omnigon Value

Omnigon began the effort with the creation of a mark and style guide that exemplified MSG’s vision for the product. This included the creation of the visual system for the site and the mapping of a user’s experience.

The Omnigon engineering team deployed an enterprise-level content management system to allow non-technical editorial staff to manage the site’s content, as well as polling and event management functionality.

The result is an online environment that MSG Entertainment can use to deliver compelling content, important event-oriented messaging and create value for entertainment sponsors.
