The Engagement Lead is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership across all client engagements. In this role you'll manage project activities with a focus on meeting deliverable requirements, assuring overall quality of deliverables, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
To be an Omnigon Engagement Lead you must be able to guide both the client and our internal team to ensure that the strategy is sound and the delivery is on track. In short, you're one of the most important parts to the client's experience with Omnigon. You must think quickly under pressure, motivate our team, and own the timely and accurate delivery of your engagements.
Working closely with our internal team and the client's team you'll focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet the outlined requirements. The ability to read between the lines, anticipate issues, and communicate consistently and accurately across the various project channels is a key requirement.

- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand different project teams
- Deep understanding and awareness of product development and experience tying product goals to business goals
- Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
- Experience with the development of digital solutions and a understanding of associated development technologies and third party applications and platforms
- Competencies in MS Office, MSProject, bug tracking, wiki and other related project management and commoncommunications tools is required

- PMP and other project management certifications are a plus
- Responsible for creating overall project management documentation and working with the project team(s) to execute on plans
- Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with project team and actively be involved in the work
- Work with clients to assess business needs and assist in establishing requirements by leveraging knowledge of sports and entertainment fields
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and projectdeliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
- Ability to work across several projects or as the primary Project Manager on a large-scale engagement
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
- Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
- Consistently identify needs that Clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked toobjectives and future needs
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regularbasis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
- Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements
- Partner with project team leads to present work as well as participate in new business presentation opportunities

Our mobile Tech PM's need the experience of delivering iOS and Android platform applications and mobile web products. Tech PM's must value the details while also understanding the big picture. Analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment is essential. The Tech PM is an enthusiastic problem solver and thrives on being engaged at all levels of the project. As the key point of contact for both the Client and the project team, the Tech PM plays a pivotal role in the success of any engagement.
- PMP and/or other project management certifications are a plus
- Experience with working in a professional services-based organizations (e.g. interactive agencies, consulting firms, custom software development shops, etc.)

- Guru-level Objective C, iPhone SDK, Java, Android SDK with a killer portfolio of native mobile applications on both iPhone and Android with tens of thousands of users
- Proven aptitude developing applications leveraging XML/JSON based RESTful/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of the server side software, scalability, performance and reliability aspects
